1. Preheat Oven 300 F, cream butter in a mixer softly. 2. Beat brown sugar gradually, all salt. Then add flour, 1 cup at a time. Add cardamom and Vanilla. Mix well. 3. Turn dough onto a well-floured board. Pat or roll to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.Cut into desired shape with cookie cutter. 4. Place on an non-greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
