Rice - 2 cups Moong Dal - 1 cup Jaggery - 4 cups Cashews - 12 Kissmiss - 12 Ghee - 1 tsp Elaichi - 3
Add Rice and Moong dal to a pan and fry for 2 mts. Add water to the Rice and Moong dal mixture and cook in a pressure cooker. Add sufficient water to jaggery and boil in a separate vessel. While the jaggery is getting ready fry the cashews and kissmiss in 1 tsp of ghee. Add the jaggery to the cooked dal and rice. Add fried cashews and kissmiss. Add some Elaichi powder. Serve hot or cold!!
