Chicken- Cut to the size of ping pong ball Onion - 2 Big Ones Garlic - 5 pods finely chopped Ginger - 1 small piece ..finely chopped Tomato - 1/2 finely chopped ...and any standard Chicken Masala Powder
1.Pour 4-5 teaspoons of oil and heat it 2.Add finely chopped onions 3.After 3 mins add 5-6 pinches of pepper powder 4.Saute the onion till they become transparent 5.Add the very finely chopped ginger and garlic and sauyte for 3/4 mins 6.Add finely chopped tomatoes and saute. 7.Once the mixture turn red and pasty add the chicken. (You may add one small cup of water if you feel the paste is sticky) 8.Mix the chicken well and leave it to cook for 10 mins 9.Once the meat has become white and soft add 4 cups of water and mix well 10.Leave the mixture to cook for another 10 mins 11.Add 5-6 teaspoons of chicken masala, required salt (and 1 teaspoon of chilli chicken/ Mutton Masala) 12.Mix well and allow it to cook for 20-25 mins with intermediate stirring. ...
