Carrot - 500 gms Milk - 1 Gallon Sugar - 250 gms Elachi - 5 Cashew Badam Ghee
Grate the carrot and fry in Ghee till the carrot cooks and then keep it aside. Boil the milk till it gets condensed. Now add the carrot the the condensed milk and add sugar and stirr till both gets mixed well. Add elachi,fried cashews,badam etc..,
