-mutton 1 pound -garlic 10-12 cloves -onion 1 no. finely chopped -coconut paste-4 tbs -crushed black pepper-11/2 tbs -salt -curry leaves -chilli pwd-1/2 tbs -fennel seeds-1/2 tbs
* heat oil * add fennel seeds and wait for it to slutter * add peeled garlic * add onions and wait for it to cook * add mutton * do not disturb the mutton for a while else the meat'll tear * wait for the mutton to cook a bit * add pepper and cilli pwd and stir well * add coconut paste and somewater for the mutton to cook * when mutton is fully cooked and salt and curry leaves * wait till the curry gets to the right consistancy * tastes very good when the curry is thick
