chicken(boneless thighs) 1 pound( cut into thin strips) onion 1 no (medium sized) finely chopped tomato 1 no finely chopped garlic 3 cloves crushed normal curry powder - 1 tbs salt turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper-1/2 tbs ginger garlic paste-1 tbs seedless red chilles (to garnish)
* heat oil * add onions * add half qty of salt * add turmeric pwd * stir nicely and add g& g paste * add tomatos * wait for the ingre to cook well * add chicken pcs. and mix well * close the pan with a lid * wait till the chicken is cooked till 3/4th * now add salt to your taste and chilli pwd * when the chicken is fully cooked add crushed black pepper * at last add seedless red chillies, curry leaves and transfer the dish to a serving bowl.
