Ingredients:
corn
butter
chilli powder (i prefer dry chillies & make powder with my palm
as it shd not be totally in powder form)
lemon juice, salt, black pepper, kala namak, very little roated
jeera powder.
Description:
take corn and put in the microwave to make them soft & hot...
Mix warm butter, red chilli, salt, kala namak, jeera powder, good amt of lemon juice.
Put chopped green chillies, coriander leave.
Put in a small stylish yellow bowl and enjoy...good tea time snacks.
NOTE: Pur red chilli & green chilli based on your taste level. But this is basically spicy corn so you will enjoy.
For kids, don't mix chillies...put more butter...it can be healty snacks for them.
